Formed on 19 December 2000, Global is the longest running cartel currently still active on the Dope Wars® web site. The only DDU cartel that is still active it has been instrumental in the instruction and help to newbies. Many of the members have gone on to our elite cartel, the High Rollers. We continue to help where we can.
